What happens on the call
Before we meet, you answer three short questions. I read them, so we don't spend the first ten minutes on background.
Then we spend the 45 minutes on one thing: what's really stopping you, and what you do about it.
Most of the time it isn't strategy. It's a person you're afraid will see. A memory. A belief about what happens to people who take up space. We find it and we name it. Then we build the smallest next step that you'll actually take.
