Start by setting goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART goals), and focus on making progress, rather than striving for perfection.
Learn to challenge negative thoughts: If you struggle with low self-esteem, you may have a tendency to engage in negative self-talk, or to believe negative thoughts about yourself. Practice challenging these thoughts by questioning their accuracy and replacing them with more positive, realistic thoughts.
